The Sheraton Neues Schloss Hotel is a solid, traditional property, built in 1935, which fits in well with the surrounding neighbourhood. The lobby is small and elegant with classical decor but limited seating. The 60 medium sized guestrooms are appointed to a very high standard with dark burgundy colour schemes and polished Italian wood furniture. They are in exceptional condition, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The hotel’s "Le Jardin" restaurant, located on the ground floor, has received several tributes from Gault et Millau and Châine de Rotisseur. It specialises in classic, market-fresh gourmet cuisine, while other menu highlights include fresh and salt-water fish creations. Its proximity to the Tonhalle concert hall makes it the perfect place for a post-concert supper.
